Established in May of 2021, we began with a vision to create a reliable income stream to support our families while also serving our community. We are dedicated to providing top-tier, Professional Seamless Gutter Solutions tailored to your needs. Although a relatively newer Company, we have over 15 years of gutter installation experience. Our owner has Served as a Professional Firefighter/ Paramedic for the City of Newark Division of Fire for the last 6 Years and has been apart of the Fire Service since 2012. Since the companies inception we have worked along side many Roofing Contractors and General Contractors as their Go-To Gutter Crew. Our main focus is providing our community with a NO High Pressure Sales Experience, instead we aim to educate allowing the members of our community to make the best decision for what they feel would work best for them.

We’ve built a reputation for our attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing even if is the most difficult or time consuming task. Our team is passionate about delivering the best possible seamless gutter solutions and providing peace of mind with every installation. Our installation team is trained in house through our training academy we have built "ASGI" to allow us recruit and empower local residents of our communities by providing them with jobs and a skill. We believe that a strong culture brings professionalism, friendliness, and a shared passion for excellence. We work with local Skilled Trade Education Centers, Ohio Means Jobs and other programs in our community.

Here at Innovative Seamless Gutters we employee members within our community, instead of using subcontractor's. Our Team of Installers are hand picked and trained in house though The Academy For Seamless Gutter Implementation (ASGI) to become a Certified Seamless Gutter Installation Professional. We work with Ohio Means Jobs and C-Tec of Licking County providing the opportunity to make an impact within their communities. With a devotion to consistent improvement we've created an environment that promotes growth and development for our team members so that they can become the best versions of themselves.

-With over Two of experience at Innovative Seamless Gutters, Terry is driven by the opportunity to work with a talented team in a thriving business that offers new job opportunities and multiple ways to succeed.

-Known for his sharp attention to detail, Terry ensures that every project is done right the first time.

-His passion for problem-solving and training new employees helps the team feel confident and well-informed.

-Terry is committed to always striving for excellence, pushing himself and the company to achieve more, and ensuring that every customer feels at home and gets the best value for their investment.

-When he’s not working, Terry enjoys playing golf and continuing to refine his skills both on and off the job.

Jaden Collins

Jaden brings over a year of experience installing seamless gutter systems. Jaden has a strong work ethic and a passion for learning to Innovative Seamless Gutters.

-Raised in the small town of Utica, Ohio, Jaden initially pursued a career as an orthodontist assistant, where his attention to detail and drive for excellence were evident.

-After deciding to shift careers, Jaden joined our installation team and quickly embraced the positive culture and team dynamics. His hunger to learn and grow, combined with his gratitude for the guidance of others, makes him an invaluable part of the team.

-A new father to his beautiful son, Corby, Jaden is dedicated to both his career and family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing video games, and cherishing moments with his son as he grows.

-Jaden’s dedication and positive attitude inspire those around him and reinforce the culture of continuous improvement at our company.

Kip Payne

Kip Payne, the founder of Innovative Seamless Gutters, is a driven entrepreneur with a deep passion for helping others achieve success.

-A full-time Firefighter Paramedic with the City of Newark, Kip has 13 years of experience in Fire and EMS.

-Growing up, he was immersed in the world of contracting, with his parents owning several rental properties and a gutter installation business. From the age of 12, he worked alongside his stepdad, learning the ins and outs of seamless gutter installation, home remodeling, and more.

-With a strong belief that success and financial freedom are attainable without a college degree, he’s dedicated to proving that determination and the right mindset are key to success.

-In his free time, Kip enjoys challenging himself both physically and mentally, pushing his limits, and constantly growing as a leader and entrepreneur.

-His ultimate goal is to inspire those around him to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams.

Nicolas Billingsley

Chief Operations Officer

Nicolas “Nic” Billingsley, our dynamic Chief Operating Officer, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for growth.

-Raised in the small town south of New Lexington, Ohio, Nic’s entrepreneurial spirit was nurtured from a young age, working alongside his grandfather and father in the general contracting business.

-His journey began in the Zip-lining and Challenge Course industry, where his leadership abilities quickly propelled him to the role Course Manager, overseeing the entire operations.

-Nic’s thirst for improvement led him to corporate success working in the retail industry, where under his management, his store became the second-highest profitable location in the U.S.

-His exceptional performance earned him an opportunity to travel abroad to Melbourne, Australia, where he spent over a year gaining valuable international business experience and cultural insights as an Operation's Manager.

-It was also in Australia that Nic met his wife, Tamara and decided to return to the United States. In 2024, Nic returned to take on his most exciting challenge yet—helping his best friend, Kip, build their business from the ground up, leaving behind fear and embracing the opportunity to make a profound impact on both the company and its people.
