Innovative Preventative Protection Plan

Protect Your Home with Annual Gutter Maintenance & Cleaning

Your gutters quietly protect your home every day — but only when they’re clean, clear, and properly maintained.

Stop Water Damage Before It Starts

Routine gutter cleaning isn’t just about appearances — it’s about protecting your roof, foundation, and home value. Our Preventative Maintenance Plan gives you peace of mind all year long.

Most costly water damage starts with something as simple as a clogged gutter.

Leaves, debris, and roof grit naturally build up in your gutters over time. When left unchecked, that buildup leads to clogs — causing water to overflow and damage your roof, fascia, and foundation

  • Water pooling around the foundation

  • Sagging or detached gutters

  • Wood rot on fascia boards

  • Ice dams forming in winter

  • Basement leaks or mold growth

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Two to three times annually is a good starting point. However, if you’re raking leaves every week, there’s a good chance your gutters are filling up too. It depends largely on the trees around your home. Maples, Oaks, and Walnuts tend to shed from mid to late October through mid-November, while Pines such as the Austrian or Eastern White Pine drop needles from September through November. A good rule of thumb: when your yard fills up with leaves, it’s time to have your gutters cleaned.

How do I know if my gutters need repair?

One of the first warning signs is water intrusion in your basement — even foundation repair experts will ask about your gutters during an inspection. Gutters installed with spikes are typically 20+ years old and often loosen during freeze-thaw cycles, causing them to pull away from the fascia. If your gutters are rolling forward, detaching, or visibly sagging, they should be replaced. And if your system isn’t seamless, replacing it is strongly recommended — seams are a common source of major leaks over time.

What happens if I skip a cleaning?

When gutters aren’t cleaned, debris builds up and clogs the downspouts, stopping water from draining properly. This causes overflow during storms, which can lead to fascia rot, foundation damage, and even plant growth inside the gutters as leaves decompose. The added weight stresses the gutter system and fasteners, often leading to sagging, separation, and costly repairs.

Can gutter guards replace maintenance?

Gutter guards can significantly reduce maintenance, but they don’t eliminate it entirely. Effectiveness depends on the type and quality of the guard. Their main purpose is to prevent debris from entering the gutter system or downspouts. Leaves may still collect on top of the guards, but they’re easier to remove and often blow off naturally with wind or rain — much better than being trapped inside your gutters.

TESTIMONIALS

What They Say

Subscription Terms

All Gutter Maintenance Subscription Plans (“Plan”) are annual service agreements that automatically renew every twelve (12) months unless canceled in accordance with Section 4 below.
Each Plan includes the specific number of scheduled services (two or three annual cleanings depending on tier) and all features described at the time of enrollment.

Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed every four (4) weeks through ISG’s secure Square billing system.

The Subscriber authorizes recurring automatic payments using the card on file.

Each payment represents a portion of the annual Plan price, not payment for an individual visit.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of future services until the account is current.

Service Scheduling

ISG schedules services during the designated Spring and Fall seasons.

Visits may be rescheduled by ISG due to weather, safety concerns, or route efficiency.

Service dates are communicated in advance by text or email.

Subscribers must ensure gutters and downspouts are safely accessible at the time of service.

Cancellation and Early Termination

Because subscription pricing reflects a discounted annual rate, ISG requires a minimum twelve-month commitment beginning on the Effective Date.

Grace Period:
A Subscriber may cancel within
five (5) calendar days of initial signup provided no services have been rendered. Any payments received will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Prior to Renewal:
To end a subscription, written notice (email or mailed letter) must be received by ISG at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. Otherwise, the subscription automatically renews for an additional twelve (12)-month term.

Early Cancellation During Term:
If the Subscriber cancels after services have been rendered but before completing the twelve-month term, the Subscriber agrees to pay whichever is greater:

The remaining balance of the annual subscription term; or

The retail value of all services already performed (based on ISG’s current single-service rates).

ISG may charge this amount immediately to the card on file.

Refunds:
Because subscription rates include bundled discounts, no partial or prorated refunds are issued once the first service has been performed.

Limitation of Liability

ISG is not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed gutter systems, or issues outside the scope of routine maintenance and minor repairs.
All services are performed in accordance with safety and weather limitations.
